Root-Soil interactions

We focus on study the signal communication between root and soil, such as how plants sense soil compaction (Pandey et al 2021), how plants adapt the external phosphate conditions (Huang et al 2013; Huang et al 2018) and how plants survive in drought conditions (PNAS in revision).
